December 2019 Calendar #Koselig

Koselig. It’s a Norwegian word that loosely translates to mean coziness. It’s why Norwegians can be so happy during the long cold dark winter. They embrace things that make them feel cozy. Some of my favorite Koselig things? A lit Yankee Candle  in “Mistletoe” scent. Warm soft fuzzy socks. A fire burning in the fireplace. A cozy soft throw over my legs. My soft flannel PJ pants. My cats piled asleep on top of that throw and my legs. A nice chunky mug filled with a hot beverage. A window to look out and see the snow falling outside while I’m warm inside. And a good romance book or a festive holiday movie–as long as there is a happy ever after at the end. What are your Koselig items?
