As we count down to Christmas, I’m still scrambling to finish my shopping, but I find I keep seeing things I want for myself! Don’t you hate when that happens?! The one item I’m haunted by is a cashmere throw. It’s crazy expensive. I don’t need it, but I WANT it! I keep imagining myself sitting at my computer, the soft cashmere in my lap, light as a cloud even as it warms me while I work…. So far I’ve satisfied myself with just fantasizing about this indulgence. We’ll see if it remains a fantasy or if in a moment of weakness, or after an over-indulgence of spiked eggnog, I give in. While shopping online, these sweaters on Amazon have given me a good laugh. The naughty girl in me wants to wear one to Christmas dinner and see if the in-laws notice.
